Egg production on New York farms falls 4 percent in November

New York farms produced 131.6 million eggs in November, down 4 percent from 137.1 million eggs in the year-earlier period, the USDA National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) recently reported. New York dairy farmers produced 1.181 billion pounds of milk in November, down 0.3 percent from 1.184 billion pounds in the year-ago period, the USDA’s National Agricultural Statistics Service (NASS) recently reported.
