PETER CORASANITI, a former graduate assistant and student head manager at Syracuse University, has been named director of men’s basketball operations at his alma mater. His previous experience includes student manager at Syracuse 2010-14 and graduate assistant from 2014-16, Corasaniti returns to Syracuse after serving as the director of men’s basketball operations at Binghamton University from 2016-19. As a student at Syracuse, Corasaniti, earned a bachelor’s degree in sport management, along with a minor in coaching, in 2014. He remained at Syracuse and earned a master’s degree in new media management in 2016.

Mohawk Valley Community College (MVCC) has appointed JORDON HOFFMAN head coach of the men’s and women’s cross-country teams. He is a 2012 graduate of MVCC and 2016 graduate of the University at Buffalo. Hoffman has been running since middle school, and continued while at Rome Free Academy and MVCC. While he was a Hawk, Hoffman was an all-conference, all-regional, and all-American athlete for cross country. He was also regional champion for the 5K in indoor track. For outdoor track, Hoffman was regional champion for the steeplechase and the 5K, and was all-American for the steeplechase.

KYLIE AVERY has joined CXtec’s marketing team. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication from the University at Buffalo. JUSTIN CAPOTO has joined the firm’s business development/sales team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in business economics from SUNY Cortland. SARAH WARD has rejoined CXtec’s sales team after previously working for the firm from October 1998 to June 2011. She holds an associate degree in criminal justice from Onondaga Community College and a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Cazenovia College. DAVID STOLARCZYK has been hired for the CXtec IT team. He holds a bachelor’s degree in computer science and mathematics from UC of Syracuse University. GEOFFREY RESTREPO has joined CXtec’s warehouse associate team.
