Olinsky Law Group has promoted KRISTI F. REPPEL to partnership. She joined the firm in 2013, and focuses her practice on Social Security Disability Appeals Council Appeals and Workers’ Compensation claimants. Reppel earned her law degree from the Western New England University School of Law in Springfield, Massachusetts. She also holds a bachelor’s degree in political science from Siena College, near Albany.

SHAWN LAWLOR has been named VP of sales & marketing at Bartell Machinery Systems, LLC in Rome. He takes over for former VP of Sales and Marketing Kevin Greenow, who retired in December 2019, after 45 years of service at Bartell. A member of the Bartell staff since 2015 Lawlor was most recently the director of marketing and new business development. He held management positions at Fiber Instrument Sales Inc., and UTC Aerospace Systems, a United Technologies Company prior to joining Bartell. Lawlor holds a master’s degree in integrated marketing communications from Marist College and a bachelor’s degree from the University of Massachusetts. 

ALYSSA SPINA has recently been promoted to associate VP of development and partnerships of Upstate Cerebral Palsy. She previously served as a grant writer at Upstate Cerebral Palsy and affiliated nonprofit organizations. In her new role, she will head Upstate Cerebral Palsy’s Department of Communications and Donor Engagement. Prior to working at Upstate Cerebral Palsy, Spina was a manager of research and evaluation for a consulting firm in Washington, D.C., where she worked with federal agency clients. She received her MPA degree with a concentration in nonprofit management at American University as a Merit Scholar and holds a bachelor’s degree from Cornell University’s School of Industrial and Labor Relations.

Tops Friendly Markets has promoted RON SMITH to maintenance and energy specialist for the East Region. Smith, who was most recently the perishable field specialist for meat and seafood for Tops in the East Region, began his career with the full-service grocery retailer in 2010. Since then he has held a variety of positions including meat cutter, assistant store manager, and field specialist. He resides in Chittenango.

ALYSE LEO-RANDAZZO has recently joined CXtec as a business development representative. Her role includes identifying and creating new qualified sales opportunities, securing new accounts, and turning leads into prospects. Leo-Randazzo’s prior work experience includes working at First Aid Beauty, Sephora, SpeedPro Central New York, CNY Cat Coalition/ CNY SNAP, and Friendly’s, according to her LinkedIn profile. She holds a bachelor’s degree in pubic relations from SUNY Oswego and is also a graduate of Westhill High School.
