Lorenzetti is board-certified by the American Board of Family Medicine. He completed his family practice residency at St. Joseph’s Hospital Health Center in Syracuse and earned his medical degree from Georgetown University in Washington, D.C.
Randall-Mantella received her nursing degree from Crouse Hospital in Syracuse and completed her bachelor’s and master’s degrees in health-care administration from the New School for Social Research in New York City. Longview, an Ithacare Community, announced that its board of directors has named PAUL PHILLIPS as its new CEO, effective Jan. 11. He succeeds Mark Macera, Longview’s longtime executive director, who is retiring after 30 years. Phillips brings more than 30 years of expertise in nonprofit aging services to Longview. He began his career at Friendly Senior Living in Rochester. His responsibilities included nursing-home administration; managing moderate-income senior housing; and developing, opening, managing, and expanding an entire startup senior living campus. Phillips also served as CEO for the Lathrop Communities, a Kendal affiliate, in Northampton and Easthampton, Massachusetts, and served on the Kendal Corporation’s leadership team. Most recently, Phillips served as senior-living specialist at LECESSE Construction Services, where he performed client consulting and business development for senior-living campuses across the eastern United States. He holds bachelor’s and master’s degrees in gerontology, the latter with an emphasis in long-term care administration and is licensed as a nursing-home administrator in both New York and Ohio.

He will be responsible for providing leadership to the finance function and building an enterprise capability around financial planning and analysis. ANGELO CATALANO accepted a partner position with Coughlin & Gerhart, LLP effective Jan. 1. Graduating from the University at Buffalo Law School in 2013, he began his legal career in the Binghamton area, when he served as a law clerk with the U.S. Attorney’s Office for the Northern District of New York while in law school. Catalano later served as a law clerk in the Buffalo regional office of the New York State Attorney General’s Office, served as student judicial law clerk to the Honorable John F. O’Donnell (S.J.C., 8th District), and served as a law clerk, and later as an associate, with another local law firm. Catalano became an associate with Coughlin & Gerhart in 2014. His practice is concentrated in the areas of labor and employment, litigation, and public law. Catalano represents employers in drafting employment agreements, counseling employers on wage and hour issues, and Department of Labor regulatory compliance. MADDIE KOBELT, a 2014 Syracuse University graduate, has returned to her alma mater to serve as an assistant tennis coach. She played for the Orange from 2011-14, was an All-ACC and All-BIG EAST performer, and served as a team captain as a senior. Kobelt has served as an assistant coach for both the women’s and men’s tennis teams at Kenyon College since 2018. Following her collegiate career at Syracuse, Kobelt, who earned her bachelor’s degree in health and exercise science, competed on the Women’s Tennis Association (WTA) Tour and International Tennis Federation (ITF) pro circuit. From 2014-2020 she earned career-high WTA world rankings of No. 893 in singles and No. 294 in doubles along with 12 ITF doubles titles.
