Lim has more than 20 years of experience in the PCB assembly and semiconductor packaging industries and is highly respected in her field. She earned her bachelor’s degree in chemistry from the National University of Singapore and has 17 years of experience in the SMT and PCB assembly industries. Lim is an SMTA-certified process engineer and has a Six Sigma Green Belt. She joined Indium Corporation in 2007. Sjoberg previously served as technical support to key customers. He has more than 20 years technical experience in the electronics assembly industry, including launching and managing research and development projects and facilities, and serving as a technical advisor to development and manufacturing sites worldwide. Cook played for Le Moyne College from 1998-2001. He graduated in May 2002 with a bachelor’s degree in business administration and earned his MBA from Le Moyne in 2004.
