iHeart Media has hired MEG ARIOTTI in its Syracuse office as an account executive. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration, with a concentration in marketing and management from the University at Albany. Ariotti previously worked in marketing for the past four years in the Albany area. Her past experience includes her marketing work with Wicked Smart LLC, and operations with the New York Giants training camp.
TODD CZERNO has been hired as an account executive in Syracuse. He is a graduate of Ithaca College with a bachelor’s degree in sports management, and is an Ithaca Bombers baseball alum. Czerno began his sales career outside Albany with WB Mason, moved to Syracuse six years ago, and has more than seven years of outside business-to-business sales experience.
SAM VECCHIO has been promoted to general sales manager. He was previously local sales manager and holds a bachelor’s degree in communications, with a minor in radio and television broadcast, from SUNY Oswego. Vecchio’s experience includes new business development and client relations.
PATTY BOMBARDO has been promoted to the general sales manager position at iHeartmedia. She has more than 25 years of experience in media sales and management in the Central New York area.
