Cazenovia building sold for more than $1.5M

CAZENOVIA —  The Class A office building located at 1 Remington Park Drive in Cazenovia was recently sold.   Ten Albany LLC sold the more than 36,500-square-foot  building, situated on 8.6 acres, to Cleghorn Properties LLC for $1,540,000, according to a release from Cushman & Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company. Albany–area fitness company to use CNY expansion as springboard to franchising

SYRACUSE — Metabolic, an Albany–area-based fitness company, is planning to use its recent expansion into the Syracuse region as a launching pad to franchising. Metabolic in September opened a 3,500-square-foot fitness center in the Bayberry Plaza on Route 57 in the town of Clay. It’s the company’s sixth location but first outside the Capital Region.

Upstate business leaders’ confidence little changed in ‘18
