NATALIE BROWN has launched a new consulting business. Natalie L. Brown, LLC will offer board governance, organization development, strategic planning, and interim executive-leadership services to businesses and nonprofits throughout Central New York. She will offer half, full- or multi-day sessions, workshops, one-on-one consultations, and more. Brown has considerable experience, having previously worked for General Electric with its financial management program. She also worked for The Savings Bank of Utica for more than 15 years and held positions in finance, administrative services, and marketing. Brown later pivoted her career to the nonprofit sector, when she took the executive director/CEO position at the Girl Scouts – Foothills Council, Inc. In 2010, she became the executive director/CEO of the YWCA Mohawk Valley, Inc., a position from which she retired in 2015. In addition, Brown served in leadership positions on numerous boards including Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare, Excellus BlueCross BlueShield, Oneida County Industrial Development Agency, and the United Way.
