With the support of the Central New York Business Journal, we create, plan, and market special events for the CNY area (Broome, Cayuga, Chemung, Chenango, Cortland, Herkimer, Jefferson, Lewis, Madison, Oneida, Onondaga, Oswego, Seneca, St. Lawrence, Tioga, and Tompkins Counties).

Event Planning and Event Day Management

We coordinate and implement an event from start to finish. This includes creating timelines, meeting regularly with clients, contacting vendors, obtaining and negotiating contracts with vendors, creating marketing plans to increase attendance, and attending and staffing the event to ensure it is a success.
