Waverly man arrested for grand larceny

WAVERLY, N.Y. — The New York State Police at Owego announced they arrested a Waverly man on Wednesday, June 18 for allegedly stealing thousands of dollars from his victim’s bank account.

Timothy Davis, 42, was charged with third-degree grand larceny, a felony.

State Police say they received a report on June 10 that a victim discovered Davis spent thousands of dollars from their bank account after taking their bank card without permission.

Davis was arrested and processed at the State Police Owego barracks before being transported to the Tioga County Jail for centralized arraignment.
