VERONA — The Oneida Nation, with help from a Las Vegas consultant, is changing up the dining options at its Turning Stone Resort.
The nation and restaurant strategy consultant Elizabeth Blau will unveil the changes in detail on tomorrow at Turning Stone.
The first move is the conversion of the formerly private dining room Club Two-One to the new TS Steakhouse. The new restaurant, which will be open to the public, is housed on the 21st floor of the Turning Stone Tower Hotel. Blau and Nation Enterprises CEO Ray Halbritter will announce the opening date at a media event tomorrow.
