ITHACA, N.Y. — The City Federation of Women’s Organizations (CFWO) is accepting applications from nonprofit organizations and government agencies in Tompkins County for the Women Building Community Grants of up to $5,000.
Nonprofits and governmental agencies serving Tompkins County women and/or girls can apply for funding for eligible activities. Organizations without a 501(c)(3) designation must be sponsored by an eligible nonprofit organization.
Applications must address needs and opportunities that improve the quality for life for Tompkins County women and girls, along with community development, education, health, human services, and gender equity.
