NICHOLS, N.Y. — The Tioga Golf Club, which Tioga Downs operates, held a big event Friday morning, May 18.
The venue, located in Nichols in Tioga County, formally opened its new clubhouse with a ribbon-cutting ceremony with the Tioga County Chamber of Commerce. The event took place in conjunction with the 14th annual Tioga Chamber Open Tournament.
The clubhouse includes a pro shop, locker rooms, and a bar and grill. It also offers designated space for events and an onsite catering kitchen.

The Tioga Golf Club is located at 151 Roki Boulevard and is currently open to guests and members, the organization said.
Tioga Downs in April 2017 announced it signed a 99-year lease with Tioga Recreation Association for what was previously known as the Tioga Country Club.
