MARCY, N.Y. — SUNY Polytechnic Institute (SUNY Poly) will host its Manufacturing Day Expo on Friday between 9 a.m. and noon inside the Wildcat Field House at 100 Seymour Road in the town of Marcy.
The event will attract manufacturers, businesses, educators, students, and community members who are interested in manufacturing careers, the school said in a news release issued Monday.
Manufacturers from across New York state will display their products and technologies. They’ll be among more than 60 “interactive” exhibits. They’ll also discuss workforce needs and opportunities with students, the unemployed, underemployed, and veterans, according to the release.
