LANSING, N.Y. — New York State Police in Ithaca are seeking the public’s help in identifying a woman accused of stealing more than a dozen items from the Kinney Drugs store on North Triphammer Road in Lansing last Friday.
Troopers say she was in the store at 4:51 p.m. and left at 6:19 p.m. The woman (pictured) is described as being about 40 to 50 years old, with longer, light brown and wavy hair, wearing a patterned sundress, and carrying a black bag, according to a news release the State Police issued Tuesday. She is believed to have left the area in a black SUV that was parked in front of another business.
The release didn’t provide a value for the goods that the suspect allegedly stole.
