Brewery comment
The Horseheads Brewing Company confirmed the break-in in a Facebook post on Thursday afternoon.
“So … by now you have all heard correctly, there was a break [in] last night/early morning. There is an investigation on going and ask anyone that may have seen or heard anything, notify the NYSP,” the brewery said. “We are still going to open today. Just a tad delayed at 4 pm, while we clean and [get] things put back together. Thanks for [your] patience! See you all soon!”
A photo accompanying the Facebook post showed a window broken near the front door of the brewery.
