MONTOUR FALLS, N.Y. — Schuyler Hospital says it is using a new computed tomography (CT) suite that includes the addition of a new CT unit.
The facility in Montour Falls has added GE Healthcare’s CT imaging technology — the Revolution Maxima — which delivers “high quality” images, while delivering “optimized dose levels with a quicker scanning speed,” the hospital said.
“By bringing this new technology to our patients, we can ensure that they will receive an unmatched level of service, whether they are here for an emergency or for more routine diagnostics,” Rebecca Gould, president of Schuyler Hospital, said in a release. “We are grateful for the support of the Schuyler Health Foundation on this project.”
