SYRACUSE — The dual Residence Inn by Marriott and Courtyard by Marriott today formally opened for business at 300 W. Fayette St. in Syracuse’s Armory Square.
The Residence Inn by Marriott is a 78-room hotel and the Courtyard by Marriott is a 102-room hotel.
The combined hotel property is the first newly constructed hotel in downtown Syracuse in more than 50 years, New Castle Hotels & Resorts, the Shelton, Conn.–based operator of the hotels, contends.
