
NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — RaceWay, an Atlanta–based gas station and convenience-store retailer, has selected PAR Technology Corp. (NYSE: PAR) as its technology partner for the launch of its new customer loyalty program, New Hartford–based PAR said.
RaceWay, which has more than 240 stores and operates as a franchisor for parent company RaceTrac, said this is the company’s first customer loyalty program, called RaceWay Rewards. It will use it to further strengthen customer connections while still maintaining its signature “hometown store” identity.
“Our partnership with PAR allows us to leverage personalized, data-driven technology to turn every customer engagement into an opportunity to build brand loyalty,” RaceWay Director of Revenue Growth Management Kamran Din said in a statement.
