Keystone Associates Architects, Engineers and Surveyors, LLC, announced that Peter F. Messmerhas joined the firm as a project manager in the Asphalt Maintenance and Management Department. He has more than 31 years experience in civil engineering and related disciplines. Messmer holds a bachelor’s degree in civil and environmental engineering from Cornell University and is also a certified OSHA plant safety officer.
