SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Bond, Schoeneck & King PLLC announced that it has named Caroline M. Westover as chair of the law firm’s immigration law practice.
Westover, a member (partner) in Bond’s Syracuse office, has extensive experience counseling and representing employers in all aspects of employment-based immigration. She represents employers in an array of sectors including: industrial/manufacturing, financial services, technology and communications, professional services, higher education, and health care.
Westover’s immigration practice focuses on the representation of employers in the preparation, filing, and adjudication of employment-based applications for temporary (non-immigrant) workers. She also helps employers in their efforts to obtain employment-based permanent residency (green card) status and individual naturalization status for their employees. Finally, she assists employers with employment verification issues, including E-Verify and I-9 compliance matters.
