Gwak has been with Rome–based AmeriCU for six years and most recently served as the assistant VP for member technology solutions. As chief information officer, Gwak will manage “all aspects” of the credit union’s technology initiatives, the credit union said in a news release.

Sisk comes to AmeriCU with 30 years of credit-union leadership and lending experience, AmeriCU said. As chief lending officer, he will carry out growth strategies and development for all of the credit union’s lending operations, including residential mortgages, secondary marketing, and commercial and consumer loan portfolios.
The nonprofit AmeriCU serves nine counties in Central and Northern New York. It has more than 130,000 members globally through its 19 branches and member service center, per its news release.
