SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Onondaga County businesses are being encouraged to take a survey and answer questions about any difficulties they’re having in finding new employees.
The workforce survey is available at ongoved.com, the website of the Onondaga County Office of Economic Development.
Onondaga County Executive Ryan McMahon discussed the survey during his Thursday coronavirus briefing at the Oncenter. It includes questions about if businesses are having a difficult time hiring new people and what wages they’re paying.

The survey seeks to help county officials gather information “so we can see what’s happening on the ground,” he noted.
