UTICA, N.Y. — Oneida County officials on Wednesday reported that the county had 11 new coronavirus cases in the last day. The number of active cases rose but stayed well below 100.
Oneida County also reported the following COVID-19 statistics on Wednesday:
- the 11 new positive cases take the total to 2,305
- 76 active positive cases (up from 67 the day before)
- No new COVID-19-related deaths, 121 total
- 3 patients are hospitalized in Oneida County (all at MVHS), up 1 from yesterday
- 2,108 infected people have recovered, up 2 from Tuesday
- 118,331 total negative results
- 120,636 total tests have been conducted
- 76 in mandatory isolation, up 9 from a day prior
- 577 in mandatory quarantine, up 10 from Tuesday
The county’s infection rate was 0.7 percent in the last day, with 11 positives out of 1,582 total tests.
