STACY MERRILL has joined Tompkins Trust Company as VP, residential lending manager. She will be responsible for leading Tompkins Trust Company’s residential-mortgage activity in Central New York, and will report to Greg Hartz, president and CEO of Tompkins Trust Company. Merrill brings more than 25 years of experience in the financial industry to this role. She most recently served as a VP and sales manager at Citizens Bank for more than three years, and before that, was VP and retail sales manager at Bank of America for two years, according to her LinkedIn profile. For the first 20 years of her career, Merrill was a loan officer at M&T Bank. Merrill received her bachelor’s degree from the University at Buffalo. In her community activities, she is involved with the Spade & Trowel Garden Club, Junior Achievement, and many local youth-sports groups, including hockey and lacrosse.

TIM FORD has joined Streeter Associates as corporate safety director and will oversee all aspects of job safety for the firm’s construction projects. He brings more than 30 years of construction-safety experience and has extensive OSHA and specialized safety training. He is authorized to train and certify employees in a variety of different areas of safety and will provide Streeter Associates with the flexibility to provide specific and targeted training when needed. Ford has been an independent safety consultant and was a senior safety specialist for Cornell University. He also served as the director of operations during the five-year construction of Chengdu International School in Chengdu, China. Streeter Associates is an Elmira–based commercial construction firm that has operated in the Southern Tier of New York and the Northern Tier of Pennsylvania since 1949.

Quinn also obtained a bachelor’s degree in anthropology in 2011 and a master’s degree. in biomedical anthropology in 2012.

HARLEY FULLER was recently appointed by Mohawk Valley Community College as its new men’s basketball head coach. He brings successful experience from his time as a coach and as a professional basketball player. Most recently, Fuller served as assistant men’s basketball coach and director of player development at Siena College. He helped guide the team to a 20-10 campaign in 2020, including a perfect 14-0 mark at home, highlighted by a MAAC regular season and tournament championship, receiving an automatic bid to the 2020 NCAA Tournament, which was canceled due to COVID-19. He also helped lead the program to 17 wins in 2019. Fuller also previously served as an assistant coach and director of scouting and analytics at Mount St. Mary College. Earlier in his career, Fuller was assistant coach for the Albany City Rocks AAU (2016-2017), and head boys’ basketball coach at Mayfield High School (2015-2016). In his five seasons as a professional basketball player, Fuller racked up more than 1,500 career points and over 550 career assists. He has played professionally for the Giessen Basketball Club in Germany (2014-2015), 9 De Julio in Argentina (2012-2014), BG Illertal Basketball Club in Germany (2011-2012), and Tus Treis Karden in Germany (2010-2011). Fuller was a basketball standout at Broadalbin Perth High School in Fulton County, and went on to play at SUNY Cobleskill from 2006-2008, where he broke school records for assists and was the only player in school history to sign a Division I scholarship. He then played for Florida International University (NCAA Division I) from 2008-2009 and Molloy College (NCAA Division II) from 2009-2010. Fuller earned an associate degree in sports management from SUNY Cobleskill, a bachelor’s degree in liberal arts from Excelsior College, and is currently pursuing a master’s degree in sport administration at Southeastern Oklahoma State.
