He also has experience in labor and employment law, municipal and construction law, and land-use matters. Prior to joining Tully Rinckey, Babilonia worked in Honolulu, Hawaii. He received his law degree from Quinnipiac University School of Law and is admitted to practice before all state courts in New York and Hawaii.
