Scott began as a trial attorney at a New York City law firm. He was also trial counsel for the offices of the American Federation of Government Employees in New York and New Jersey, and the Peekskill office of the NAACP. Scott joins Tully Rinckey’s employment and federal sector law team. He obtained his J.D. from the University of Notre Dame Law School and also studied at the London School of Economics and Political Science in England.
