CXtec and TERACAI have promoted RENEE DUFFY and TAWNEY CRYSTAL to VP positions with the two companies. Duffy is the VP of marketing at CXtec and TERACAI. She has been with the companies for more than 10 years and previously held positions as director of marketing, marketing communication manager, and graphic designer. Duffy has extensive experience in the marketing field and has served in a variety of roles, including conference producer at The Eventful Group. She holds a bachelor’s degree in communication design from Syracuse University.
Crystal is the VP of human resources at CXtec and TERACAI. She has been with CXtec and TERACAI for nearly 16 years and previously served as director of human resources, human resources specialist, and manager. She has more than 19 years of experience in human resources and is skilled in several facets of the industry. Crystal also has human resources experience in the manufacturing industry. She earned her Professional in Human Resources certification in 2001 and the Society for Human Resource Management Certified Professional designation in 2015. Crystal is a graduate of SUNY Potsdam.
SHEILA DION has joined Dale Carnegie of CNY as its new sales executive. She brings more than 20 years of experience to Dale Carnegie of CNY in both the direct and retail sales sectors. She earned an associate degree from Holyoke Community College, according to her LinkedIn profile.
