Hedeen previously worked as a transportation construction inspector with the Department of Transportation. He has received certifications in concrete testing, soils testing, and inspecting and erosion prevention.
LUCIA FORTE has joined the Barton & Loguidice marketing group as a marketing communications specialist I. She earned her bachelor’s degree in new media marketing from the Rochester Institute of Technology. Forte previously was a digital marketing analyst for ITX Corp in Pittsford. She has also held several internships/co-ops as a marketing communications and community outreach co-op for the Golisano Institute for Sustainability at RIT and as the marketing communications intern at Indium Corporation.
