GEOFFREY RISPOLI has joined KeyBank as VP, relationship manager in commercial banking in Syracuse. He comes to KeyBank from HSBC where he was VP, middle market senior global commercial banking relationship manager. Rispoli has also worked as a relationship manager with Citigroup in New York City.

Community Bank N.A. has promoted BARBARA HOUGHTON to district manager. She will oversee the seven Community Bank N.A. branches in the Oneida Madison Region. Houghton has been with Community Bank since 2015 and has served the Cazenovia market since 2006. Most recently, she served as VP, branch manager of the Cazenovia location. 

Adecco Staffing has hired AMBER LOVE as the newest member of its recruiting team. She brings strong business and financial knowledge to the company. Love earned a bachelor’s degree in business administration with a concentration in human resources.

TAYLER FRAVEL has joined Adecco’s recruiting team. She brings a high level of recruiting knowledge. Fravel earned a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Rochester. 

BOB ROMAGNOLI was recently named president of Abscope. Being in the environmental industry for more than 30 years, he brings a wealth of knowledge and experience to the firm. Prior to joining Abscope, Romagnoli was managing director and senior engineer at TIG Environmental, a consulting firm headquartered in New Jersey. Before that, he served as a senior VP at Arcadis for many years, leading its sediment remediation practice. Romagnoli holds a civil engineering degree from Bucknell University and an MBA from Cornell University. 

KERSTIN DRISCOLL has joined S.E.E.D Planning Group as director of SUITE(k). As retirement plan navigator, she will lead S.E.E.D.’s business retirement plan team. She comes to S.E.E.D. with more than 30 years of industry experience, a bachelor’s degree in pre-law, and a business minor from Penn State. Driscoll has experience in most aspects of ERISA. Most recently, she was managing director for Fidelity Investments. 

Bankers Healthcare Group (BHG) recently hired KEVIN SABINE and JEFF THOMSON at its Syracuse office. Sabine has joined as an account executive. He previously worked at Cintas First Aid and Safety. Thomson has joined BHG as a financial analyst. He previously worked as a business analyst for the U.S. Postal Service.

Barclay Damon announced that KALEIGH MORRISON and IVAN ZAJICEK have become associates in the law firm, in its Syracuse office, after being admitted to the New York State Bar. They were formerly law clerks.

Morrison is a member of the branding, trademarks, and copyrights practice area, where she primarily focuses on identifying, searching, and preparing applications for both domestic and international trademark protection. She graduated from New York Law School and served as an intern at Ladas & Parry, LLP; Epstein Drangel, LLP; CBS Sports; and Shutterstock, Inc.

Zajicek is a member of Barclay Damon’s regulatory and environmental practice areas, where he advises on the effects of regulatory and environmental requirements imposed on the firm’s energy clients. He graduated from Vermont Law School and served as a summer associate at Eversheds Sutherland (US) LLP, extern at the US Court of Appeals for the Second Circuit to Judge Peter Hall, and intern at the New York State Attorney General Environmental Protection Bureau.

Bond, Schoeneck & King has elected BETHANY A. CENTRONE from the firm’s Syracuse office as a member (partner) of the firm. Centrone is co-chair of the firm’s school districts practice and concentrates her practice in school and labor and employment law. Prior to joining Bond, she served as chief of human capital initiatives for a large city school district and chief labor negotiator. She has also served as labor and employment counsel for a large city school district.
