The Upstate Capital Association of New York announced that it has appointed Tim Brown, senior VP at KeyBank, to its board of directors.
Brown is the business banking team leader for KeyBank’s Rochester and Central New York markets and responsible for a team responsible for growing Key’s market share in these two markets. He specializes in Small Business Administration (SBA) lending and non-SBA lending for companies with revenue between $3 million and $25 million.
The Upstate Capital Association, started in 2003, says it connects investors across the “capital stack” to opportunities across New York state. It seeks to increase access to capital for companies and deal flow for investors by maintaining a strong statewide network of capital providers, professional advisors, and supporting organizations.
