Coleman is a member of the torts & products liability defense and professional liability practice areas, primarily concentrating on civil litigation matters involving premises liability, motor vehicle accidents, and professional liability. He also defends both individuals and businesses from claims of negligence.
Hutter is also a member of the torts & products liability defense and professional liability practice areas. In addition to his role at Barclay Damon, he serves as a first lieutenant in the New York Army National Guard.

Onondaga County Sheriff Eugene J. Conway has formally announced that SUSAN C. DEMARI will be sworn-in as chief deputy of the Civil Department. She holds a juris doctorate from Syracuse University College of Law and is a licensed attorney who recently served as a senior attorney advisor/adjudicator for the U.S. Social Security Administration, Office of Hearings Operations. In her capacity, DeMari also served as an instructor for newly hired attorneys and as a mentor and resource for administrative law judges. She serves as a member of the board of Police Commissioners for the Town of DeWitt Police and as the security liaison/coordinator for the Jewish Federations of CNY and Buffalo. Once sworn in as chief, she will be responsible for managing the daily operations of the Civil Department. Senior Correction Officer JASON EIBERT has been promoted to the rank of sergeant. He has been a member of the Sheriff’s Office Correction Department since 2004 and was promoted to the rank of senior officer in 2013. Eibert is a member of SERT (Sheriff’s Emergency Response).
