He began his career at Oswego Health in 1994 as a CT technologist and advanced to senior CT technologist in 2001, RIS/PACS administrator in 2007, RIS/PACS administrator and CT/MRI supervisor in 2012, before becoming director of medical imaging in 2014. Formerly director of insurance sales & service operations, she will begin her new role immediately. McConnell will be responsible for the strategic direction of the organization’s insurance operation, with an emphasis on growing AAA’s insurance presence throughout the greater Buffalo, Rochester, and Syracuse areas. She joined AAA Western and Central New York in 2017 and has been responsible for sales and service operations. McConnell has 16 years of insurance experience, including a strong background in auto and property sales and service. Her background includes roles as an agent, supervisor, trainer, and manager throughout various divisions at GEICO. JEANINE M. CRYAN has joined Scolaro Fetter Grizanti & McGough, P.C. following her recent law school graduation, in anticipation of taking the New York State Bar Exam in September. She is a 2020 graduate of Syracuse University College of Law, where she was a trustee scholar. Cryan was the editor-in-chief of the Syracuse Journal of International Law and Commerce and a member of the Travis H.D. Lewin Advocacy Honor Society (Moot Court). Her experience includes working as a transactional team intern in the legal department of Christie’s auction house, working as a summer law clerk at Hughes Hubbard & Reed, and an externship in the EMEA Legal Department of State Street Global Advisors in London, England.
