The Central New York Community Foundation has promoted DANIELLE JOHNSON to senior director of grants and programs. She joined the Community Foundation in 2007 as a program associate. In her new role, Johnson oversees and manages the Community Foundation’s $1.7 million community grant program as well as its nonprofit leadership development and capacity building programs.
The Community Foundation has also promoted JENNY GREEN to philanthropic services officer. She started as a development associate at the Community Foundation in 2016. In her new role, Green serves constituent data-related needs across the organization, analyzes data, and consults on technology issues related to the foundation’s software systems. Green received a bachelor’s degree in technology management from Alfred State College and is set to soon receive a master’s degree in information systems from Marist College.

Assured Information Security (AIS) has promoted RICHARD HUGHES to operations manager. In this position, he is responsible for the Strategic Accounts Office (SAO), Signals Intelligence Exploitation & Analysis (SEA), and Operational Concepts teams. Prior to becoming operations manager, Hughes was a program manager in the SAO. He is a retired Air Force acquisition program manager

Assured Information Security (AIS) has promoted RICHARD HUGHES to operations manager. In this position, he is responsible for the Strategic Accounts Office (SAO), Signals Intelligence Exploitation & Analysis (SEA), and Operational Concepts teams. Prior to becoming operations manager, Hughes was a program manager in the SAO. He is a retired Air Force acquisition program manager for programs involving command and control at Air Force Research Laboratory (AFRL), air-to-air missiles at Eglin Air Force Base (AFB), and foreign military sales for air-traffic control radars and aircraft avionics upgrades for C-5s and KC-135s at Hanscom AFB. Hughes was also a prime contract program manager for the National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency’s (NGA) AWS cloud transition and was a Department of Defense (DoD) Level III program manager. He has a doctorate in organizational leadership and is a certified project-management professional.
