UTICA — Elder law attorney Robert Hilton, III opened a new law firm to provide estate planning and elder law advice and services.
Hilton Estate & Elder Law, LLC, located at 2100 Genesee St. in Utica, provides estate planning, asset protection, Medicaid and nursing home preparation, and tax protection services to residents of Oneida, Herkimer, Lewis, and Onondaga counties.
“Too many families have come to me through my 17 years of legal services, having fallen victim to poor advice and lack of planning,” Hilton said in a release. “Don’t lose what took your family years of hard work to earn.”
