UTICA, N.Y. — The Mohawk Valley Health System (MVHS) plans to transition all laboratory services at the Faxton and St. Luke’s campuses to MVHS-operated labs as of Dec. 9.
Since 2009, laboratory services at the Faxton and St. Luke’s Campuses had been provided through a services agreement with Laboratory Corporation of America (LabCorp), MVHS said in a Wednesday news release. LabCorp (NYSE: LH) is headquartered in Burlington, North Carolina.
MVHS already manages the St. Elizabeth campus laboratory, the health system said.
