HERKIMER, N.Y. — The Mohawk Valley Plaza in Herkimer was recently sold by JIM Development, LLC to Goal Investments, LLC for $1.25 million, according to CBRE/Syracuse, which helped arrange the transaction.
Michael Finn and Brian Tennant of CBRE/Syracuse represented the seller, the real-estate firm said in a news release. Dominic Pavia, of Pavia Real Estate represented the buyer.
The Mohawk Valley Plaza is a neighborhood strip center with more than 17,200 square feet of leasable space, located on nearly one acre of land at 548 W. State St. in Herkimer, according to the property listing document.
