NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — Mira’s Boutique, a new women’s apparel retailer, formally opened its store in the New Hartford Shopping Center this morning with a grand opening and ribbon-cutting ceremony.
The Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce and local dignitaries were scheduled to be on hand, according to a news release from the chamber.
Mira’s Boutique, owned by Mira Silchuk, offers women’s clothing and lingerie. Styles range from classy to business casual work attire to trending and fun outfits, according to the release.

Mira’s Boutique first opened to customers a few days ago, according to its Facebook page. It is located in the storefront previously occupied by Radio Shack.
