Martin Felicia III, CPA, has been promoted to tax supervisor at FustCharles, a downtown Syracuse–based professional services firm providing audit, tax, and advisory services to businesses, not-for-profit organizations, and individual clients across a range of industries.. He received his bachelor’s degree and MBA in accounting and finance from Utica University. Felicia joined the firm in 2023.
