SYRACUSE, N.Y. — Manpower Group — a global staffing, outsourcing, and human-resources consulting firm — recently leased 1,150 square of space at 250 Harrison St. for its Syracuse office. The staffing firm’s Syracuse branch used to be located at 2 Clinton Square.
William Colucci and Sam Vulcano of Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage Company brokered the new lease. Colucci represented the landlord, HRR Properties, LLC, and Vulcano represented Manpower via a national tenant rep assignment, according to a Cushman Wakefield/Pyramid Brokerage news release. Lease terms were not provided.
Manpower, which is in Suite 501 of the building, selected the 250 Harrison St. structure for its location in Syracuse’s “Convention Corridor,” anchored by the Marriot Downtown and the Oncenter, per the release.
