FORT PLAIN — NBT Bancorp subsidiary Mang Insurance Agency, LLC has acquired Harvey-Triumpho Insurance Agency of Fort Plain. Going forward, the agency will do business as NBT Insurance Agency.
“We are pleased to report that members of the Harvey-Triumpho Agency staff will remain actively involved in our organization,” Mang President and CEO Rick Mirabito said in a release announcing the deal.
NBT did not provide information on the number of employees or terms of the deal.
