LYONS FALLS, N.Y. — Naturally Lewis, Inc. says local business Rags & Rivers will begin oversight of the summer art walk event, Art in the Park, beginning this summer.
Amanda Drake, owner of Rags & Rivers, first brought the idea to Naturally Lewis in 2023. Drake saw it as “an opportunity to partner with local artists, while also adding color and local flair to our parks,” per the announcement.
Drake was also involved in a similar event when she lived in Rochester, Naturally Lewis tells CNYBJ in an email.

Rags & Rivers is a promotional apparel and graphic design business located in Lyons Falls. Applications for the upcoming summer art walk will be available on its website (ragsandrivers.com) on Thursday, May 15.
With this transition, Naturally Lewis says Art in the Park will “continue sustainably” with leadership by a community-oriented artist and business leader.
“While we’ve loved watching this event grow, we’ve realized that Naturally Lewis isn’t the right long- term home for Art in the Park,” Jenna Lauraine, programs & partnerships director at Naturally Lewis, said in the announcement. “This event deserves to be led by artists who truly understand what the creative community needs. Our role is to support entrepreneurship, and in this instance, that means empowering them to take the lead. We’re excited to pass the baton to Rags & Rivers, a local business that shares the heart of this event.”
“Art in the Park has become such a special celebration of creativity in our community, and I’m honored to carry it forward,” Drake said in the announcement. “I’m passionate about helping artists find a place to share their stories, and I see this as a natural extension of the work we do at Rags& Rivers. I’m thrilled to build on what Naturally Lewis started and continue making space for art that inspires.”
