Community Bank, N.A. has appointed Latoya Allen as branch and community development manager of the bank’s newest Syracuse office at 4141 South Salina St. Allen will lead strategies to support branch growth and expand business opportunities, while also handling day-to-day operations and guiding staff hiring and training. She will play a key role in fostering strong, ongoing relationships with customers, and community partners, delivering comprehensive personal, business and government banking products and solutions to meet the community’s financial needs and support the bank’s continued expansion throughout the Central New York region. Before joining Community Bank, she managed home-ownership efforts through the nonprofit Home HeadQuarters, Inc. and was the 4th District Common Councilor for the City of Syracuse. Allen is active in several boards including Syracuse Regional Airport Authority, the Gifford Foundation, Blueprint 15, and Black Equity & Excellence.
