
Dwyer Architectural announced that it has named Kristin Merle, AIA, NCARB a partner in the firm. A Syracuse University graduate with more than 20 years of experience, Merle has been a key leader at Dwyer since 2017. Reflecting on her time at the firm, Kristin shared, “I’ve had the opportunity to design meaningful projects and mentor team members in ways that have had a lasting impact.” Looking ahead, Merle added, “Stepping into the role of Partner allows me to further invest in our people, vision, and the future growth of a firm I truly believe in.” Dwyer’s current partners — Beth Fritz, AIA, IIDA; Jay Woodcock, AIA, EDAC; and Kelly Yahi, AIA, IIDA, NCIDQ — stated, “[Kristin’s] commitment to healthcare architecture, our firm’s values, and our clients has played a significant role in Dwyer’s success.” Founded in 2010, Dwyer Architectural serves eight health-care systems across New York and is dedicated to designing human-centered healing environments.
