Jack Pflanz has been hired by Erin’s Angels of CNY as its first-ever director of fund development and communications. This new leadership role, created in response to the organization’s expanding programs and growing community presence. Pflanz brings to the position a deep commitment to advancing equity and increased capacity in nonprofit fundraising. In this role, he will lead Erin’s Angels’ development strategy, strengthen donor engagement, coordinate communications, and expand the impact of the organization’s efforts to ensure every child feels nourished, celebrated, and seen. Pflanz most recently served in roles focused on donor relations and nonprofit communications, where he honed his skills in securing major gifts and crafting donor campaigns. In his new capacity, he will work closely with the founder and board of directors to shape Erin’s Angels’ long-term strategy, amplify fundraising efforts, and ensure that supporters are connected to the impact.
