HERKIMER, N.Y. — The Herkimer County Industrial Development Agency, in partnership with New York-based food systems consultant KK&P, will soon discuss the findings from a recently administered food-processing study.
They will hold at a public-participation session June 2 from 6-8 p.m. in the Sarkus-Bush Theater at Herkimer County Community College.
Herkimer County received a Community Development Block Grant, which it used to conduct a study assessing economic-development opportunities related to food processing and manufacturing within the county.
