SYRACUSE — Attorney Richard Scrimale has joined the business department at Syracuse–based law firm Hancock Estabrook, LLP.
He will focus on corporate reorganizations, dissolutions, mergers and acquisitions, succession planning, and estate and tax planning for businesses. Scrimale has represented closely held and family-owned companies for years, according to Hancock.
He is a certified public accountant as well.
