NEW HARTFORD, N.Y. — Fresco Fish Market celebrated its move from the New Hartford Shopping Center to 8483 Seneca Turnpike with a grand-opening event on Monday, March 3 from 3:30-4:30 p.m.
The event featured specials and complimentary tastings of the shop’s offerings, according to the Greater Utica Chamber of Commerce, which participated in the event.
“We are thrilled to open our doors at this new location and continue serving our customers with the freshest seafood available,” owner Francesco Affatigato said in a release. “Our goal has always been to provide top-tier, sustainable seafood, and a welcoming shopping experience for the community.”

The market offers raw fresh fish, shellfish, and specialty seafood products as well as prepared options including fried, baked, or pasta seafood dishes. During the ribbon-cutting event, Affatigato said it will soon be opening a drive-through window at the new location, which was once home to Dippin Donuts.
Hours are Sunday and Monday from 11 a.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday through Thursday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m., Friday from 8 a.m. to 8 p.m., and Saturday from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.
