FRANKFORT, N.Y. — A Pennsylvania self-storage company has acquired the former Big Blue Self Storage facility at 111 Dyke Road in Frankfort.
The seven-acre site — purchased by Moove In Self Storage, based in York, Pennsylvania — includes 10 buildings. Positioned along Route 5S, close to 16,000 vehicles pass by the site daily.
“This property is a very exciting one for us,” Moove In VP of Operations Shaun Lewy said in a press release announcing the acquisition. “Located within seven miles to Mohawk Valley Community College, Utica University, and a satellite of Mohawk Valley Health System, this community is filled with opportunities.”
