UTICA — The Faxton St. Luke’s Healthcare Foundation has added five new members to its board of directors.
The foundation pursues private gifts, corporate gifts, and grants for the Utica–based not-for-profit health-care system. Its board is comprised of community volunteers.
The new directors include Blair Jones, an executive compensation consultant for Semler Brossy Consulting Group LLC of Los Angeles, Calif. who lives in Clinton; Robert Luke Lewis, the owner of Lewis Custom Homes, Inc. in New Hartford; and Mary Malone McCarthy, founder and president of M3 Business Service Network in Clinton.
